♦ Automatic color matching: the traditional manual color matching needs many complicated procedures such as color matching, disassembly, mixing and handling, which is very harmful to the factory environment and the health of workers. The automatic color master meter of the company and various molding machines can automatically color and mix materials synchronously, which can save man hours, raw materials, storage space, procurement costs and prevent the pollution of the factory environment.


♦ Accurate mixing: through the patented base, the color masterbatch and plastic particles will not accumulate between the inlet and the screw. The color masterbatch, additives, powder materials, crushed materials and main raw materials that can slide freely can be accurately and automatically measured, so as to avoid the error caused by manual color matching and mixing and the waste of raw materials, and keep the color of the molded products consistent.


♦ Simple color change: for color change of molded products, it is only necessary to clean the feeding screw rod of the machine, and the color can be changed in a short time, which is time-saving and convenient.


♦ Structural characteristics


1. it can be divided into four parts: feeding base, feeding motor group, storage cylinder and control box. This machine can accurately mix two to five kinds of plastics at the same time.


2. the interior has been specially treated, and there is no dead corner in the measurement. It is easy to clean, and there is no worry of material jamming. The main body of the feeding motor group is formed by gravity die casting, which is safe and beautiful, and the feeding screw rod and feeding sleeve are made of chromium steel.


3. not afraid of frequency converter interference. The electromagnetic brake motor is used. When the feeding signal stops, the brake is immediately generated to prevent the inertia rotation of the motor. A speed sensor is attached to implement feedback control, so that the speed (r.p.m) of the machine is not disturbed by the instability of external power supply, and can be accurately fixed at the set speed. Therefore, when adding pigments, color masterbatches or other additives, it can maintain uniformity and stability.


4. if the ejector changes r.p.m again due to some factor after setting, it will be automatically adjusted with the changed r.p.m value (%).


5. just input the usage of main raw materials and the addition rate of pigments, masterbatches or other additives, and the computer will automatically calculate the rotation speed. The operation is simple, and there are multiple groups of memory storage functions, making the conversion of molding work more convenient.


6. the injection molding machine with intermittent feeding is also equipped with an automatic timer, which can avoid the problem that the feeding time of the molding machine is uncertain, resulting in the unstable addition of color masterbatch.


7. the lower right side of the feeding motor group is equipped with a unloading device of the storage barrel, which is easy to change color and reload.

1. the hourly material quantity shall be calculated based on the pigment and masterbatch with a specific gravity of 0.65 kg/cm3, and the machine shall be switched to the calculation basis without stopping.


2. the quantity of materials will be changed according to the specific gravity of color materials and color masterbatches, particle size, voltage frequency and r.p.m.
