How can we correctly use the plastic mixer to make the life of the plastic mixer longer? There are the following methods:
1. before use, an idle running test shall be carried out. Before the test, the firmness of all connections of the large vertical mixer, the amount of lubricating oil in the reducer and the integrity of electrical equipment shall be checked, and then the main switch shall be closed, the power supply shall be connected, and the idle running test shall be carried out.
2. idling test. The large-scale vertical mixer can be put into production only when no abnormal sound, high heat of bearing gear and the temperature rise of reducer are found.
3. if it is necessary to shovel and scrape the barrel wall materials in the machine during operation, use bamboo and wood tools. Do not use hands to avoid hand injury accidents.
4. in case of abnormal vibration or abnormal noise of the machine during use, the large vertical mixer shall be stopped immediately for comprehensive inspection.
5. the use load shall not be too large. Generally, it shall be measured by the load of the motor. The heavy load current of the 380V motor when mixing plastic shall not exceed 6 amperes. If the load is exceeded, the mixing capacity shall be reduced immediately.
6. the shaft seals at both ends of the mixing screw shall be kept clean to avoid blackening and deterioration of the plastic. Square holes shall be reserved at both ends of the large mixing barrel, which shall be unobstructed. Do not block the large vertical mixer, so as to avoid the reverse pressure effect, which will make the dirt penetrate into the shaft axis and make the materials in the barrel black and deteriorated.
7. the management personnel must be familiar with the technical performance, internal structure, control structure and operating principle of the large vertical mixer. Do not leave the work place during operation to prevent damage to the machine parts due to failure, and take safety production as the premise.
